I just purchased the VIP member. Why can't I access the VIP content?
Please try the followings: 1. Restart you mobile phone 2. If the problem
still exists, log out from your account and then log in to your existing VIP account (Please make
sure you log in with the right account.). 3. If the problem still exists, make sure you have the
newest version of WeTV. 4. If the problem still persists, please contact us via
https://www.facebook.com/wetvthailand and provide us with an official receipt from Google Play or
App Store. *Please make sure you are currently in Thailand. Due to copyright issues, the content may
not be available. **Some 3rd-party financial payment system sometimes experience a slow processing
before sending a payment info to WeTV. You may have to wait up to 12 hours.
I was able to watch VIP content but I cannot watch it now. How to solve
this problem?

How should we do if the WeTV can not link to the internet?
Solution 1: Click the [setting]—find the [WeTV] application in the
above—Click the [ unlimited data usage]—find the [ allow the WeTV to use the data],choice [WLAN and
Cellular Network];If you can not find the [WeTV] application, please reboot or restart the app
later. Solution 2:Click the [setting]—find the [Cellular Network]—[WLAN assistant ]—[click].You can
turn off
the wireless LAN assistant option after repair.
Solution 3: Reboot or reinstall APP and login again
How can I search for the content?
You can search videos, series and more information by using a search tab.
The characters’s
names, even the director’s name in WeTV can be used as a search term.
How to view my history?
Click [Account]— then click [History]
You can experience the new functions in the latest version, also repair
and
optimize the old version of the exception. You can go into [me]—[setting]— click[about the WeTV] to
get the latest version in WeTV.
How to turn off the "live comment" function?
While playing the video in the full screen mode, press at the screen once.
Select the "live comment" function and turn it off.
If the TV can not be watched in landscape screen, than we can only watch in
Portrait.

How to switch the language?
The WeTV support the Chinese, English and Thai. The application will match
your
preferred language operating system. You also can switch the language in [Account]-[Language]
How to change the subtitle's language?
You can switch the language while in landscape screen. If you cannot swtich
the language, there is no other language available.
